El correo electr\u00f3nico de bienvenida que enviamos a cada nuevo Distribuidor Independiente proporciona informaci\u00f3n sobre c\u00f3mo acceder a su cuenta. Puede realizar una compra cuando se haya acordado, pero si est\u00e1 intentando cumplir su PV para estar activo y ganar comisiones, no puede realizar nuevos pedidos una vez finalizado el mes. Si le falta alg\u00fan producto de tu pedido:<\/p>

Por favor, revise toda la caja del env\u00edo y su contenido y compare el pedido recibido con su recibo de env\u00edo. Si sigue faltando alg\u00fan producto, p\u00f3ngase en contacto con el Servicio de Atenci\u00f3n del Cliente indicando el n\u00famero de pedido y la lista de productos que faltan.<\/p>

Si la caja de entrega ha llegado tan da\u00f1ada que los productos podr\u00edan haberse ca\u00eddo, env\u00ede un correo electr\u00f3nico a nuestro servicio de atenci\u00f3n del cliente con una fotograf\u00eda de la caja da\u00f1ada y de los productos. Tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1 facilitar el n\u00famero de pedido y una lista de los productos que faltan. Conserve la caja de entrega para que el servicio de mensajer\u00eda pueda recogerla en caso de reclamaci\u00f3n por da\u00f1os.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1 facilitar el n\u00famero de pedido y la lista de art\u00edculos da\u00f1ados.<\/p>

Si tus productos llegaron da\u00f1ados, as\u00ed como la caja de entrega, env\u00eda un correo electr\u00f3nico al centro de atenci\u00f3n al cliente con una fotograf\u00eda de los art\u00edculos da\u00f1ados juntos en una sola toma. Tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1 que facilitar el pedido y la lista de art\u00edculos da\u00f1ados. El servicio de mensajer\u00eda tambi\u00e9n le pide que vuelva a colocar todos los art\u00edculos da\u00f1ados en la caja y la selle para que ellos puedan recogerlos y presentar una reclamaci\u00f3n por da\u00f1os.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

El servicio de mensajer\u00eda puede decidir que la entrega a tus vecinos es una alternativa segura cuando usted no est\u00e1 en casa para recibir el paquete. Por favor, verifique con tus vecinos antes de contactar con el centro de atenci\u00f3n al cliente o con el servicio de mensajer\u00eda.<\/p>

Puede comprobar el estado de la entrega de tu pedido haciendo clic en \u00abHistorial de pedidos\u00bb y, a continuaci\u00f3n, siguiendo el enlace de seguimiento del pedido.<\/p>

Si la informaci\u00f3n de seguimiento indica que tu pedido ha sido entregado y no lo tienes o que est\u00e1 siendo devuelto a nuestro almac\u00e9n, ponte en contacto con tu centro de atenci\u00f3n del cliente. Si el pedido se realiz\u00f3 con Env\u00edo Est\u00e1ndar, entonces abrir\u00edamos un caso con FedEx pero no hay garant\u00edas. Para recibir un reemplazo por un paquete perdido siempre le recomendamos que pague $4.95 por el Env\u00edo Certificado. Esto asegura que alguien est\u00e1 all\u00ed para firmar por el paquete. Si el paquete se pierde y se pag\u00f3 la certificaci\u00f3n, le enviaremos un reemplazo de los art\u00edculos comprados lo antes posible.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Nuvi Global no realiza env\u00edos directos a las regiones del Caribe y el Atl\u00e1ntico Medio. Si bien no recomendamos empresas espec\u00edficas, le recomendamos contactar a un transportista que recibir\u00e1 el env\u00edo y lo reenviar\u00e1 a estas ubicaciones. Si es un distribuidor independiente o un cliente que realiza un pedido, deber\u00e1 indicar una direcci\u00f3n de entrega dentro de los Estados Unidos continentales. El distribuidor independiente o el cliente deben coordinar con el transportista para env\u00edos fuera de los Estados Unidos. Los cargos individuales del transportista var\u00edan y son responsabilidad del distribuidor independiente o cliente que realiza el pedido utilizando el servicio. Los pedidos que se env\u00edan a la direcci\u00f3n de un transportista deben incluir los nombres del distribuidor independiente y del transportista en la direcci\u00f3n de env\u00edo. CUSTOMER FAQ’S Orders –  How do I place an order? There are many ways to shop with Nuvi Global. One of the options is online at www.nuviglobal.com. Simply log in to your Nuvi Global Backoffice with your username and password. This option is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for your convenience. If you do not have your login information, please contact our Customer Service helpline. The next option is calling our Customer Service helpline at (844) 740-6938. You can change your username and password by logging into your Backoffice, clicking “My Profile” on the top left corner. Will I have a minimum order requirement? There is no minimum order requirement unless you participate in the compensation plan. The minimum order to be considered active in a commission period is 75PV (personal volume). There is also no monthly commitment. What is the deadline to place my monthly order? You need to place your order by midnight (EST) on the last day of each month to be active. Can I get a copy of my Order Receipt? you can print a copy of your Order Receipt from any order you have made. Simply log in to your Backoffice and click on the “Orders” tab. You can make a purchase once you have remembered, but if you are trying to meet your PV to be active and earn commissions, there can be no new orders after the calendar month has ended.
